Close your eyes.

Take three deep breaths.

Take another deep breath. Breathe in love.  Breathe out resistance. Repeat 5 times.

Breathe in receiving. Breathe out resistance. Repeat 5 times.

Breathe in receiving abundance. Breathe out resistance. Repeat 5 times.

Breathe in healing. Breathe out resistance. Repeat 5 times.

 

Breathe deep.

Breathe deep.

Feel no resistance in your body. You are totally at ease.

No resistance.

 

Visualize the sun out in space.

Coming from the sun is a very thin ray of golden light.

Coming down from the sun, it is entering your third eye.

You can feel the warm, soft, golden light going right into your head through your third eye, wrapping around your brain.

And the golden energy moves down your neck, down your shoulders, down your arms, right down your hands.

Feel that light going to your chest, a soft golden swirl.

The same swirling energy as the Universe.

Swirling, moving.

Every cell and atom in your body is in motion in rhythm with the energy.

See that energy swirling and expanding down to your stomach.

Feel it move down to your genitals, down into your thighs, down into your legs, and into your feet.

Your whole body is alive with the golden energy.

Every cell, every atom is in motion.

Everything is moving in sync with the Universe.

 

You can picture in your mind’s eye the whole Universe.

In your eyes, you can see the whole Universe.

Billions of planets, suns, star systems.

All in your eyes.

You can see it all.

Now you know how God sees the Universe.

You are expanding and expanding.

You are the Creator.

You are one with God.

And the whole Universe is within your mind.

And you see it all.

This is how God sees.

This is how we are connected.

That whole vast Universe is within your mind.

 

You are the Creator.

You are one with God.

And the light moving into your mind from the sun is nothing but Love.

Pure golden Love.

That loves is pouring through your body.

 

As you watch the Universe.

And you feel your connection to All That Is.

You feel how alive your body is.

What a wondrous thing it is.

You created the body so that you may see as God sees.

So that you may remember your part in that creation.

And you can hear the music of the Universe vibrating through your body.

 

Breathe deep.

Breathe deep.

And feel the appreciation of being one with All That Is.

 

Breathe deep.

You are free.

You are free.

You need nothing.

You are one with the Creator.

You are totally made up of Love.

That’s what makes you what you are.

When you open your eyes you will be in total appreciation of everything that is within your creative power.

 

Let’s appreciate each other.

For in essence we are each other.

The Spirit is always in appreciation of All That Is.

And we are Spirit living in the body experiencing life and Love.

Growing in consciousness.

Growing in understanding of this world.
