Close your eyes.
Take three deep, slow breaths.
Breathe in Receiving. Breathe out resistance. (Repeat 5 times.)
Breathe in receiving Abundance. Breathe out resistance. (Repeat 5 times.)
Breathe in receiving Healing. Breathe out resistance. (Repeat 5 times).
Breathe in Love. Breathe out resistance. (Repeat 5 times.)
Visualize the sun in your mind’s eye.
Picture one thin ray of sunlight beaming directly into your third eye.
It is golden, soft, swirling, strong.
The energy is swirling around your brain, your eyes, your ears.
Feel the healing energy moving down your neck to your shoulders.
Feel the energy in your arms and hands.
Feel your fingers tingling.
Now it is moving down your chest, swirling around your heart and lungs.
Now it is swirling around your stomach, down to your genitals and buttocks.
Feel it move down your thighs, your calves, and out of the bottoms of your feet.
You are feeling the energy of Love.
See the galaxies spinning slowly in deep space.
All the cells and molecules in your body are spinning in rhythm with the Universe.
You are all that you see.
Appreciate all you see.
Appreciate yourself.
You are connected to the Creator.
You are seeing the way God sees.
You are a part of God.
You are creating all that you see.
Breathe deeply.
All is Love.
Be in a place of Love in all that you do today.
