Learn to Heal Through Self Love
A Meditation by Hilton Silverman
This exercise can help people become unafraid of death.
As you wake up in the morning, before you get out of bed, do this exercise:

Take three deep breaths.

Squeeze your fists (your jaw, your shoulders, your entire body) as tightly as you can. This is resistance.

Relax completely. This is non-resistance.

Breathe in slowly. As you breathe out, say in your mind, “Non-resistance” 5 times.

Breathe in slowly. As you breathe out, say in your mind, “Non-resistance to receiving” 5 times.

Breathe in slowly. As you breathe out, say in your mind, “Non-resistance to receiving abundance.”

In your mind’s eye, see the galaxy spinning.

Now see the molecules in your body spinning exactly like the galaxy.

Feel your connection with the Universe.
-
You are One with All that Is.

You are the Creator. Feel this in your body.

Feel your connection with all that you have created in your world.

Feel how your bed supports you. Appreciate your bed.
-
Feel the softness of your pillows. Appreciate your pillows.

Open your eyes. Look at everything that you have surrounded yourself with in your room. Express appreciation for everything you see.

Express appreciation for anyone or anything you wish.
